libctapimkt1-dev software package provides Read German Krankenversichertenkarte and eGK (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libctapimkt1-dev
libctapimkt1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libctapimkt1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libctapimkt1-dev *
You will get with libctapimkt1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
